So, today I went to the Eastside Zine Market and loved it. Got wonderful zines, here are the ones I read so far.
Black Tea is a lovely collection of mini-comics with a good heart by Jason Martin. Moon Between the Mountains is a strange and strangely moving story of an abandoned kitty girl baby. Henry and Glen Forever and Ever is volume 3 of my favorite couple ever, with a great story by Justin Hall. Catherinette is a practical, step-by-step guide for the modern spinster and proto-spinsters. I hope there’s more of all these zines.
Here are a few more photos of the event. I didn’t take many pictures because I was too busy looking at zines and soaking it all in. I seriously hope the Eastzine Zine Market had a great day and there will be more of these events in this part of town.
